Coaching Programs

·         Small Group sizes (under 12 agents)

·         ½ to one hour conference call with the group every 2 weeks.  During the call they will:

o    Report their wins for the last 2 weeks. 

o    Offer up objections that stalled them for the group to work through.

o    Receive motivation from the Coach.

o    Make goals

·         Outside the group they will:

o    Report numbers on their goals daily online.  All group members will be able to see this report, so it will be a great motivation for them.

o    Have a role play partner in which they will practice scripts, and report back to the group on the next call.

§  Scripts will include FSBO, Expireds, Objections, Buyer Counseling, Listing presentation, etc.

·         Highly recommend this course for new agents (helps them build the correct habits) and for agents who need to jump to the next level.  This will help them see experienced agents at work and the coach can help them along more personally.

·         At a cost of only $30/month, this puts coaching into the hands of nearly every agent.  Especially nice for those agents that really like a “hands-on” approach.

One-on-One Coaching:

Some Agents may prefer the more personalized touch by having access to their own personal coach.  This program will give them weekly half-hour sessions to perfect their skills and maintain their focus.  This is for the agent serious about success and willing to make a firm commitment.  Private coaching is our most rigorous program and the coach will make aggressive requirements weekly.  We still keep the cost to half of the competition's pricing, and at $500/month is a fantastic investment for the serious-minded real estate agent.  This price will also provide the agent a free weekly invitation to participate in the Training program at not additional charge, for as long as they are a part of the Individual Coaching program.
